Créée en 1995, cette association de loi 1901 regroupe les familles concernées par la paralysie du plexus brachial d'origne obstétricale ou d'origine accidentelle. Elle apporte soutien et informations aux familles. En projet : création d'un livret pour la prise en charge des paralysies par accident (par exemple un accident de la circulation).
